Valar Aditi recently participated in the National Conference on Inclusive Growth 2023, organised by Sa-Dhan, the Self-Regulatory Organisation for Microfinance Institutions, held in New Delhi on 8th and 9th November 2023. This annual conference brings together Sa-Dhan members and key stakeholders from across the financial ecosystem, including representatives from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), SIDBI, NABARD, leading financial institutions, and invited delegates from neighbouring countries. The event served as a valuable platform for dialogue, collaboration, and insights into inclusive finance and sectoral growth.

A key highlight of this year’s conference was the introduction of the Ela Ben Memorial Award, instituted by Sa-Dhan to recognise gender-friendly Microfinance Institutions. We are proud to share that Valar Aditi has been nominated and selected as the only gender-friendly organisation in the below ₹1,000 crore AUM category. This recognition is a significant milestone for Valar Aditi and reflects our continued commitment to gender equity, inclusive practices, and empowering women at all levels of our organisation.
