Valar Aditi proudly organized “Sadhanai Pengal Sangamam”, a special gathering of successful women entrepreneurs, at Aranthangi, celebrating achievement, resilience, and collective growth among women-led enterprises.

The occasion brought together over 500 women entrepreneurs, who shared their inspiring journeys, business experiences, and personal milestones. Their stories reflected determination, confidence, and the power of mutual encouragement—motivating fellow participants to pursue entrepreneurship with renewed purpose.

As a mark of honour and appreciation, all participants were ceremonially honoured with a Shawl of Honour and presented with a memento, recognizing their accomplishments and contributions to their families and communities. In appreciation of their dedicated service, all Valar Aditi staff members were also honoured during the programme.

The event was presided over by Dr. I. Sebastian, Managing Director, Valar Aditi Social Finance Private Limited, who highlighted the role of entrepreneurship in fostering dignity, financial independence, and sustainable social transformation.
