Valar Aditi successfully conducted a two-day refresher and brainstorming training programme for all staff members on 21st and 22nd June 2025 at Tirukadaiyur, Nagapattinam District. The programme began with an ice-breaking session, prayers, and a warm welcome, followed by an inspiring inaugural address by the Managing Director. He reaffirmed the organization’s mission of empowering women through inclusive financial services and encouraged staff to seize every opportunity to serve deserving clients. Drawing from personal experiences, he emphasized resilience, self-reflection, and collective strength, reminding the team of how Valar Aditi had successfully overcome challenges such as demonetization and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first day featured a series of structured and interactive sessions led entirely by Valar Aditi’s internal management team. Area Managers highlighted the qualities of high-performing branches, while the Divisional Manager addressed current operational challenges with practical strategies for client and staff retention. Success stories from top-performing branches and staff volunteers added inspiration, complemented by sessions from the Risk and Credit, Internal Audit, HR, Accounts, MIS, and Operations teams. These discussions focused on transparency, policy adherence, teamwork, operational efficiency, leadership, and strengthening client relationships. The day concluded with a takeaway session by the General Manager, calling for renewed dedication to uphold the organization’s reputation and investor confidence.

The second day began with a recap and further success story sharing, followed by a motivational address from the Managing Director, who emphasized teamwork and commitment as the path to restoring past achievements and creating new milestones. The day was made special by celebrating the Managing Director’s birthday with cultural programmes, cake cutting, and the distribution of raincoats to staff. An award ceremony recognized Best Performing Branches, Individual Achievers, Outstanding Attendance, and the Best Trainer, filling the occasion with pride and joy. The programme significantly boosted staff morale and motivation, and Valar Aditi remains confident that the positive energy generated will translate into improved performance in the months ahead.
