Mr. E.Sundararajan, B.Sc., CAIIB, joined the services of the Company on 4th August, 2017 as General Manager. He is a former banking professional having around 40 years of experience in Banking sector, SME , Agriculture and allied lending activities including microfinance. He has 20 years of experience as Branch Manager and 3 years of experience as an Executive Head of a Zone in Indian Bank. Before joining the Company, he worked as Regional Manager in Muthoot Fincorp Private Ltd ( NBFC) for 4 years in its three different Regions.

He is development worker by profession and had been associated with St.Joseph Development Trust (SJDT) since 2000, initiating and implementing developmental and empowerment projects concerning children, women, PWDs, HIV/AIDs, sponsorship and Tsunami relief and rehabilitation. His exposure through training and workshops on both at national and international levels has enabled him to gain experience in women's development, community based rehabilitation programme (PWDS) and micro credit. Since the beginning of Valar Aditi's operation in Tamil Nadu, he is managing the operation section.

Ms. Devi Bala, a graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Financeis the Finance Officer of the company since its formal operations from 2010. She has 13 years experience with parent organization (SJDT) under various capacities. She is fully responsible for the overall supervision of the finance function involving implementation of financial plans in coordination with line departments. She handles the financial data from the software for consolidation, analysis and presentation to the management.

Mrs. N Sathya is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and M.Com Graduate joined the services of the Company on 14th June, 2023 as Company Secretary and Finance Manager. She has comprehensive experience of above 5 years in Secretarial and Compliance Department. She is also an Associate Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.

He has around 15 years of experience in NGO and MFI sectors. He has worked with several NGOs, and MFIs like IASC, CEFI and SAMASTA on various assignments which enabled him to acquire knowledge on microfinance operations. He has been setting in process checks in internal audit department.

He has 10 years of experience in accounts keeping. He has worked as head of account department in St. Joseph's Development Trust. He has coordinated many national and international audit reviews. He is specialized in system management and possesses all requisite skills to executive his task efficiently and deliver the reports on time.

Ananth S is having 14 years of experience in Microfinance Sectors. He has worked with MFIs like IASC and Samasta Microfinance Ltd. He has good knowledge in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Recruitment, Appraisal of loan proposals, Recovery. He possess all necessary skills to play his role effectively.
