Rev. Dr. I. SEBASTIAN - Managing Director (DIN 03026575)
Rev. Dr. Sebastian, an experienced development professional, is a visionary with more than 30 years of involvement in serving the poor, abandoned, and marginalized sections of the society. His works over the years through passionate service to the poor and needy fetched him much acclaimed national and international awards and certificates of recognition. He was conferred Doctor of Honors in Social Work by MEDICINA ALTERNATIVE affiliated to the Open International University for Complimentary Medicines, Sri Lanka in the year 2010.

Rev. Dr. I. SEBASTIAN - Managing Director (DIN 03026575)

Rev. Dr. Sebastian, an experienced development professional, is a visionary with more than 30 years of involvement in serving the poor, abandoned, and marginalized sections of the society. His works over the years through passionate service to the poor and needy fetched him much acclaimed national and international awards and certificates of recognition. He was conferred Doctor of Honors in Social Work by MEDICINA ALTERNATIVE affiliated to the Open International University for Complimentary Medicines, Sri Lanka in the year 2010.

Mr.Jannek Hagen - Director (DIN 08357720)
He is at present Managing Director of the Best Seller Foundation in Denmark and he is appointed as a nominee director in the Company. He possess experience in Finance and Investment. He holds Master Degree in Finance and Strategic Management and has worked with many international development organizations. He is a member on the other boards of Best Seller group companies.

Mr.Sridhar Sampath - Director (DIN 00806244)
Mr.Sridhar Sampath, a former banker with more than 15 years of banking experience, is currently an independent management and finance consultant. His consultancy company works with many of banks, NBFCs, and business ventures in the area of financial services and investment consultancy. He is associated with BestSeller Fund, Denmark as an advisor, and associated with many social enterprises. He is appointed as a nominee director on behalf of BestSeller Fund.

Mr.Sridhar Sampath - Director (DIN 00806244)

Mr.Sridhar Sampath, a former banker with more than 15 years of banking experience, is currently an independent management and finance consultant. His consultancy company works with many of banks, NBFCs, and business ventures in the area of financial services and investment consultancy. He is associated with BestSeller Fund, Denmark as an advisor, and associated with many social enterprises. He is appointed as a nominee director on behalf of BestSeller Fund.

Mr.Ravi Prakash Singhee - Director (DIN 06949192)
Mr.Ravi Prakash Singhee is a business partner of BestSeller Company and appointed in Valar Aditi as a nominee director on behalf of BestSeller Fund. He owns and manages a garment manufacturing company in Chennai. He has rich experience in business management that adds value to governance.

Mr.Reji Chandra - Director (DIN 00430847)
Mr.Reji Chandra is a development professional with more than twenty-five years experience in managing development projects and offering consultancy services. Promoted 'Indian Association for Savings and Credit' (IASC) in 1998 as a joint programme of a development NGO in Tamilnadu and Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC), a mainstream premier financial institution in India. He also served as its director for ten years. He has published many studies and presented in many national and international forums on various development themes. He is appointed as a director on behalf of community shareholders.
