Rev. Dr. Sebastian, an experienced development professional, is a visionary with more than 30 years of involvement in serving the poor, abandoned, and marginalized sections of the society. His works over the years through passionate service to the poor and needy fetched him much acclaimed national and international awards and certificates of recognition. He was conferred Doctor of Honors in Social Work by MEDICINA ALTERNATIVE affiliated to the Open International University for Complimentary Medicines, Sri Lanka in the year 2010.

Mr. Ernst Michaelsen has an engineering degree and an MBA. He has spent his career as the CEO for almost 25 years in Carl Ejler Rasmussen & Co A/S, which is an investment company and prior to this he was the CFO in the same investment company for almost 10 years. He holds board positions in several companies and Trusts in Denmark, Sweden, and Poland. He has a vast experience in finance and investment. He is presently the Managing Director/CEO of Tranquebank ApS which holds 40.10% shares in Valar Aditi Social Finance Pvt Ltd. He is representing as a director on behalf of Tranquebank Aps.

45 years of experience as senior executive within the Scandinavianfinancial sector. Since 2003 Head of Credit in Denmark and from 2012 Nordic Head of Credit with overall credit responsibility for Nordea’s entire retail portfolio and management responsibility for 180 people across 4 countries. Long standing track record in the financial sector combined with many years of executive management experience have materialized a broad set of personal and professional key competences: a) Deep knowledge of financial and capital markets and financial products b) Solid experience with leverage finance and transaction structuring c) Substantial experience with handling restructuring and recovery cases d) Deep understanding of credit assessing and complex financial analysis e) Understanding of general business model dynamics and governance structures f) People leadership and organisational development g) Large knowledge of the real estate market achieved through Board Member function in Nordea Kredit h) Knowledge within capital- and impairment models as well as being part of implementing Basel II and later Basel III within the Nordea organisation.

Mr. Reji Chandra is a development professional with more than twenty-five years experience in managing development projects and offering consultancy services. Promoted 'Indian Association for Savings and Credit' (IASC) in 1998 as a joint programme of a development NGO in Tamilnadu and Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC), a mainstream premier financial institution in India. He also served as its director for ten years. He has published many studies and presented in many national and international forums on various development themes. He is appointed as a director on behalf of community shareholders.
